Redondo Ballet Company based out of Los Angeles, California, is a non-profit ballet company will be our Best Invention Ever – YOU spotlight on today’s episode. At the helm are artistic directors Francesca Stern, LISTD and Donna Perkins, whose mission for Redondo Ballet Company is to deliver original and unique works of dance to ballet enthusiasts and to those that have yet to discover the art of dance, while providing a nurturing, challenging and creative environment that enables dancers to artistically thrive.

We are slowly emerging out of the COVID 19 pandemic phase and we are all trying to find our new ways to engage in our activities. The Redondo Ballet Company will be performing The Snow Queen opening on Saturday, February 19, 2022.

Ralph Rolle Drummer and Founder of Soul Snacks - Best Invention Ever

For many of us we ponder with the question, “what is my purpose?” Not for our amazing guest Ralph Rolle, he has been given many gifts that he has no problem sharing. Ralph Rolle enjoys an illustrious career as a much sought after drummer. He has made music with the likes of Nile Rogers and Chic, Bono, Sting, Aretha Franklin, The Notorious B.I.G., Queen Latifah, Chris Botti, Erykah Badu, India Arie, D’Angelo and the resident band for NBC’s “It’s Showtime at The Apollo,” for over 15 seasons.

That’s only one part of this amazing guest, he has many gifts. Mr. Rolle is also the founder of Soul Snacks Cookies.  Soul Snacks was founded in 1996; however, the recipe dates back to the early 1990s. Not only does he fill our souls with the rhythmic beat of the drums, he also nurtures our soul with tasty treats that can now be found in Wal-Mart stores.

What does it look like to live your dreams?  Our next Best Invention Ever - YOU Spotlight guest is a woman who is living the dream, Eileen Carey.  Eileen Carey is an award winning pop/country singer, currently performing with one of Los Angeles' original new wave bands, The Motels.  They will be at The Canyon Montclair in California on Friday, April 1 at 7pm.  That on all she has accomplished, she has joined forces and partnered with the great name in stage make-up, Joe Blasco Cosmetics.  Additionally, she has a new single, "Dreaming With Me."  Her story is one of never giving up.
